On May 6, 2026, the Volunteer Chapter of the American Gold Star Mothers gratefully received a $10,000.00 donation from Mr. Tim Harris, owner of Knoxville Wholesale Furniture Company in Knoxville, Tennessee, in honor of our country’s 250th birthday. We can’t thank Mr. Harris enough for this most wonderful and generous donation, and we can’t wait to decide how to use this money to assist our Veterans and our community.
