On July 29, 2025, the Tennessee Volunteer Chapter of the American Gold Star Mothers were honored and blessed to host an ice cream social at the Ben Atchley Veterans Home in Knoxville, Tennessee. The Veterans ate ice cream with all the fixings while listening to and singing some pretty tunes. The Veterans left with smiles and asked when we would be back! The Volunteer Gold Star Moms look forward to having more fun with the Veterans!
